DC Comics Postage Stamps

According to Newsarama, the USPS is gonna be producing a set of DC Comics postage stamps in 2006.

From the looks of it, most of the stamps look to be Silver Age representations, which kinda makes sense, since those are the most famous version of the characters. But if they were really going to instant recognition, what's the deal with giving Plastic Man his own stamp?

Whatever, I guess I should just be happy they didn't use an ambiguously gay Batman and Robin cover.

Anyway, these will be 39 cent stamps to reflect the upcoming hike in postage rates and will probably be released sometime this summer.
