Presidential Speechalist

The Presidential Speechalist is a an Andy Dick skit from something or another on Comedy Central. I have no idea what, really, as I only found out about it yesterday through Lexatron.

I'm quite ashamed of the fact that I didn't catch on to this thing earlier. From what I hear, it's been around for a while.
