Ethics Briefings? That's it, He's Drinking Again

According to the Washington Post, President Bush has ordered his senior staff to attend ethics briefings next week.

President Bush has ordered White House staff to attend mandatory briefings beginning next week on ethical behavior and the handling of classified material after the indictment last week of a senior administration official in the CIA leak probe.

He really is drinking again, isn't he? I mean, it's gonna take a whole lot more than a "refresher course" to stem the daily, wholesale slaughter of kittens in the Roosevelt Room.
